Kelsi Bakes

Kelsi Seid is an Oakland native and professional baker. She decorated cakes at La Farine in Oakland. Prior to that she created custom cakes at Sweet Adeline Bakeshop in Berkeley (where she can still be spotted from time to time) after working in pastry at Aqua in San Francisco. When she's not baking, Kelsi enjoys eating bacon and riding her bicycle.

Currently Kelsi is baking organic special occasion cakes with Brittany Howlett.
